Delivery Info

Standard Delivery

We aim to get our Standard Delivery orders out between 3 – 6 working days. Please be aware that during our busy periods, this has the potential to be slightly over. Deliveries are made approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm by our couriers. You will receive an email and a text the day before delivery is made.

If you require a specific day, please leave a note when ordering or notify us of the day you require after placing an order as soon as you can.

The cost of the delivery service is dependent on weight and location, you can see how much your order will cost to deliver when you get to the ‘Cart’. Here it will prompt for your postcode and then give you a number of delivery options. Including standard delivery, standard delivery before 9:30am, standard delivery before 10:30am, standard delivery before noon, express delivery and express delivery before noon. Orders over £500.00 will be free to post.

Please note: Unless you have paid for your delivery to be carried out before a specific time (options available at checkout) then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to give you a specific time of arrival, so please ensure that on your day of delivery you are available at the delivery address from 8am-6pm.

All charges will be calculated on checkout and will be dependent on post code location for complete pricing.

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery service provides delivery within 2 working days.

The only exception would be on larger orders over the value of £500, where it may take slightly longer due to the capabilities of machining and primer. ( call for a more accurate time.)

Deliveries are made approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm (unless a different option is chosen, e.g: express delivery before noon.)

There will be an additional charge for this service which will be shown in your ‘Cart’ when your postcode has been entered.

When your order is placed before 12pm between Monday and Thursday, your order will be processed the next day and dispatched that day for delivery the following day. When your order is placed after 12pm between Monday and Thursday, your order will be processed the second day  and dispatched on the second day for delivery the following day. Any orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. All orders made on a Friday (after 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday for delivery on the Wednesday.

Please note: It is the couriers responsibility to deliver the items within the agreed time frame. We cannot be held responsible for the courier failing to deliver within the specified time.

Saturday Delivery

Our Saturday Delivery service provides delivery on a Saturday between 3-9 working days from receipt of order. Deliveries are made approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

There will be an additional cost of this service which will be shown in your ‘Cart’ when your postcode has been entered.

PLEASE NOTE: This service is currently unavailable due to circumstances out of our control.

Bank Holidays

Any express day orders placed on bank holidays may not be honoured due to transport providers being off at this time. They will be processed the following working day.

Delivery Considerations

All delivery services could be made by a small lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, it is within a “Red route” or there are any time zone restrictions please inform us at the time of the order to discuss alternative delivery options.
All the delivery methods are made to kerb side due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property. We will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient.
Please be aware that we only deliver to UK mainland addresses, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

We cannot except returns, replace or refund goods that are signed for and accepted by the customer on delivery, if goods are damaged in any way, please refuse delivery if this is the case. Couriers will also not accept any claims for undelivered items unless notified within 48 hours. So if there are any issues please call/email us as soon as possible so we can locate your goods.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

All our delivery methods require a signature on delivery, when your goods are delivered please ensure to check the condition of your purchase and sign if you are 100% satisfied. If your goods arrive damaged, then please make sure to note that they are damaged when accepting the delivery and contact our sales office with images straight away.  We will make sure to resolve any disputes as quickly as possible. If your order is damaged or you are missing an item, please let us know within 48 hours in order to make a claim. Please open and check your parcels as soon as they arrive.
All deliveries that are made without a signature are done so at the risk of the buyer, we cannot process any claim with our delivery company for damages without a signature on delivery.  If you do not advise us that you will not be in and no alternative arrangements have been made, the goods will be left without a signature in a safe place, (we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages in this instance).

ALL DELIVERIES MADE BY OUR THIRD PARTY COURIER ARE KERB SIDE DELIVERIES. THEY WILL BE UNABLE TO BRING YOUR GOODS INTO YOUR HOME.
